The Minnesota Boat Club's inaugural Winter Performance Program offers a structured, progressive indoor rowing experience for adult and junior athletes of all levels and club affiliations.
Developed by Junior's Coach Julia Rodrigue and Open Team Coach Steve Wicher, the training program focuses on building endurance, power, technique, and the fundamentals of rowing performance.
